Big Whiskey’s to Open Two New Locations

Big Whiskey’s plans to open new locations in Jonesboro, Arkansas and Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

April 2, 2024: Big Whiskey’s plans to expand its franchising presence to two new cities, Jonesboro, Arkansas and Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Jonesboro will be the 5th Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar location in Arkansas. Cape Girardeau will be the 12th store in Big Whiskey’s home state of Missouri.

In 2023, Big Whiskey’s sold 12 stores including the highly successful opening in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Within a week of its grand opening, the Big Whiskey’s restaurant in Poplar Bluff generated over $100K in sales. With the success of this store, the Poplar Bluff Franchise Group decided to open the two additional locations in Jonesboro and Cape Girardeau.

“With the success Big Whiskey's restaurant had in the Poplar Bluff community, we have decided to open two more franchises. It is clear that Big Whiskey’s is a hit in communities like Poplar Bluff. We are excited to bring the Big Whiskey’s brand to the communities of Jonesboro and Cape Girardeau,” A representative from the franchisee group, David Vernon, stated.

To top it all off, Big Whiskey’s versatile menu including various burgers, pastas, salads, and the celebrated bar will make Big Whiskey’s the go to spot for the Jonesboro and Cape Girardeau residents, “with the variety of menu items, I’m sure the residents of these communities will be thrilled to welcome Big Whiskey’s to their cities,” said co-owner Paul Sundy.
