Big Whiskey’s Kicks Off Summer 2026 with the Flavor Fest Menu

June 1, 2026, Springfield, MO - Flavor Fest has arrived at Big Whiskey’s: a celebration of summer featuring a limited-time lineup packed with bold flavors, bright drinks, and festival-level energy. From surprising twists on classic favorites to never-tried-that-before flavor mashups, Flavor Fest has something irresistible to offer everyone.  

Street fair vibes. Festival flavor. Big, craveable comfort foods and colorful cocktails built for sharing, discovering, and keeping the good times going. Here’s just a taste:  

• Street Corn Skillet Dip - A creamy blend of spinach and roasted sweet corn kicked up with bold chili lime, topped with crumbled cotija cheese and a drizzle of lime crema. Served with lime wedges and fresh tortilla chips.  
• Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich - Hand-breaded crispy chicken tossed in our signature hot honey, stacked on a soft bun with our signature honey stung spread and crunchy colada slaw. Served with your choice of classic side.  
• Festival Funnel Cake Fries - Fair-inspired golden funnel cake sticks dusted in powdered sugar, served warm with a drizzle of cream cheese icing. Served with your choice of chocolate, caramel or extra cream cheese icing for dipping.  

The Flavor Fest LTO beverage menu includes sweet and spicy twists on cocktail favorites like Spicy Watermelon Margarita and Cotton Candy Lemon Drop Martini.

Starting June 22nd – Flavor Fest gets even bigger with Fishbowl Frenzy. Two over-the-top fishbowls crash the summer lineup for a limited time. Grab your crew, grab a straw, and dive in!

• Red White & Boom Bowl - A twist on our All-American Margarita, served frozen in a collectible fishbowl for a limited time only.  
• Shark Bait OOHAHA- Bacardi Lime, Triple Sec, freshly squeezed lemon, lime juice and simple syrup. Topped with Sprite and gummy candy sharks.
