From 6-8 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays Big Whiskey’s donates a percentage of its sales to qualifying local groups.
What qualifies my group?
If your group can provide a W-9, it is eligible. We also ask that your group is able to bring at least 50 guests to your Community Give Back Night.
Examples of Qualifying groups:
- Youth sports teams
- Non-profit groups and charitable foundations
- School booster programs
- Church groups
- School affillated extracurricular groups
- Any other community groups and clubs
What does Big Whiskey’s Provide?
Big Whiskey’s wants your Community Give Back Night to be a dial mover for your group! Big Whiskey’s will provide you with:
- Informational materials
- Logos for your use
- Social media support
- Event created on Facebook co-hosted by your group
- One (1) Facebook post to the participating store’s page no less than one (1) week in advance of your event
- One (1) Facebook post the day of your event
In addition, we will post to the store’s Facebook story if the group is able to provide photo and/or video up to Big Whiskey’s posting standards
*Your group will be tagged and we will use your logo in all posts, if applicable

Helping out however we can.
We review donation requests twice a month and ask that you submit your request at least 30 days prior to the date of your event. We make every effort to accommodate charitable requests in a timely manner, however we cannot guarantee fulfillment for requests made less than 30 days in advance.
