March 9, 2026, Springfield, MO - Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar is turning up the flavor with the launch of its limited-time Big Saucey’s Endless Sauceabilities Menu—a bold, sauce-forward lineup built for dipping, drizzling, and dunking every bite.

Leading the lineup are three NEW sauces made to mix things up—Sweet Bourbon, Alabama White BBQ, and Dill Pickle Ranch. Try them together in Big Saucy's Sampler—Three hand-breaded, golden-fried chicken tenders, french fries and served with a flight of Big Saucey’s limited-time sauces. The Sweet 'n' Saucy Burger brings backyard-inspired flavor stacked high and finished with Sweet Bourbon sauce for a rich, smoky-sweet kick. And to close out the meal, the Peaches & Cream Churro Skillet delivers warm, cream cheese-filled churros topped with vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with Sweet Bourbon and a caramel peach sauce—proving sauce belongs on dessert, too.
