How do I check in?
Earning loyalty points in-store is as seamless as it is when you place your order online.
- Open the Big Whiskey’s app
- Click the Account tab from the main menu
- Click your loyalty member card located on the top of your screen

How do I earn points?
You earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent when you order in-store or online using the Big Whiskey’s app or at order.bigwhiskeys.com.
- Points are automatically added to your account—no extra steps required. When you reach 300 points, the reward is added to your account and your next earning cycle begins, so you can start earning toward more rewards right away.
- Legendary Loyalty rewards are calculated on the pre-tax, pre-tip subtotal. Orders must be placed through order.bigwhiskeys.com or in store; orders through third-party apps do not qualify.
How easy is it to redeem my rewards?
To redeem, simply tell your server when dining in, or tap Redeem Reward at checkout when ordering in the app or at order.bigwhiskeys.com. If you have multiple rewards available, you can use all of them on a single in-store or online order.
Do my rewards expire?
- Legendary Loyalty rewards are valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated.
- Birthday and Anniversary rewards are valid for 30 days.
- Points never expire! So keep coming back and keep earning.
What if I have a Legendary Loyalty card?
Congrats! You’re an old school fan and we love you for that. We are transitioning rewards to the Legendary Loyalty app. Join us over there.
Anything that’s not included?
- Free appetizer and entrée exclusions apply. Rewards cannot be redeemed for NY Strip, Ribeye, 10 oz. Sirloin, or Wings. Limited Time Offerings are excluded from reward redemption.
What if I’m missing points?
- No problem! If you dined with us and didn't get your loyalty points added, you can email us or select Redeem Your Visit in the app and we'll get them added for you!
